State return bank products are also absolutely free - there is no additional charge to add a state bank product, regardless of bank product type (direct deposit, debit card, or even check) when you process a federal bank product at the same time. All federal bank products incur the $44 service bureau fee, but issuing a direct deposit bank product or prepaid debit card bank product does not cost anything extra - there are absolutely no bank fees for these two products. Printing federal check bank products are not free - these cost $25 (plus the $44 service bureau fee).

Q: What's the process for registering with the bank? A: Gannon will submit your initial application to the bank (this consists of us submitting your EFIN number through the back-end of the software, and sending them a copy of your EFIN letter that you've provided to us).
Once they tell us you're approved, we'll let you know you can proceed, and you will then complete your registration on the bank's website, create an online account, and setup your personal bank account with them. Closer to tax season, the bank will provide your check stock and marketing materials.
